This is an interesting chapter book about a boy and a bat – a very unlikely friendship. It’s charming and funny, full of beautiful illustrations by Kass Reich. Kass was born in Montreal, Quebec. She is an artist and an educator who now lives in Toronto.
Anna Humphrey, who is the author of this book, currently resides in Kitchener, Ontario, and apparently does not have a pet bat.
The book is loved by readers! And, even better, it’s a series of books:
- Megabat
- Megabat and Fancy Cat
- Megabat Is a Fraidybat
- Megabat and the Not-Happy Birthday
- Megabat Megastar
- From Megabat with Love
